Commission Info

I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

I reserve the right to cancel any commission should Client be in any way rude/abusive/inappropriate towards me.

Client must provide images/references/designs that are legally obtained and authorized for use to the Artist.

Artist warrants that they will use only commercially licensed, copyright-free materials, assets or tools to aid in the creation of the work.

Logs and screenshots of the conversations between Artist and Client will be taken in the case disputes arise

I will not create content that is in general explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.

Specific restrictions include but are not limited to mechs, objects requiring technical illustration, explicit adult content, underage characters depicted in inappropriate scenarios, extreme gore, AND copying another artist's style.

I DO NOT CONSENT OR APPROVE THE USE OF ANY OF MY COMMISSIONED WORK TO BE FED FOR AI TRAINING.

※ You may request WIP check-ins at Steps 2 to 4

You may request revisions anytime between Step 1 and Step 4, however the degree of what can be revised shall vary depending on the stage.

1 Major revision (composition changes, adding/changing a character) is allowed only in Step 1, while a limited number of minor revisions (i.e color adjustments) are allowed throughout. Subsequent revisions not due to the Artist's fault are subject to an additional fee

You may NOT request for revisions after the final image is complete, or any time after the turnover

Please note that my active hours are between 7am to 7pm +8GMT (7pm to 7am EST) and thus my responses may be delayed if I have been sent anything beyond that time.

It is both sides responsibility to have ongoing discussion and communication; any delays occurred due to the client not responding to the Artist's inquiries regarding the commission is not the Artist's liability.

Chibi/Bust pics (Single character) - 7 to 15 days

Bust pics (Couples/Groups) - 15 to 30 Days

Half-Body Illustration - 90 Days

Full Illustration - 180 Days

Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and IPR, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing both the work and work-in-progress on websites, social media, portfolios, broadcast channels and more.

Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the work for Personal use. For commercial rights refer to the section below

Personal use is defined such: display on social media accounts with no direct monetization such as profile pics, banners and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as a part of designs on the client's websites and channels, exclusive of use in content of these websites or channels

Client must not claim work as their own and must credit the Artist using their username/social tag/link where the art is used.

Client must not edit or modify the work without prior permission from the Artist

Commercial usage rights are not automatically included UNLESS specified in the commission type.

Commercial rights means usage of the commission on streams, videos and other content, or any monetized instances, selling or reselling work to another party, as part of any product, or on another platform

In cases of design work for the definition of the Client's brand identity such as Character design, logo and more, IP rights are of the designs are granted exclusively to the Client for use, production and modification purposes, commercial or personal

Usage of work for AI tools, platforms or programs, AI training, NFT/blockchains and other such for-profit platforms, is strictly prohibited

Additional charges will be required for commercial usage if not included; small distributions are typically 2x the original cost while large distributions such as creation of prints/merchandise for a lengthy period of time requires further discussion with the Artist

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after I have started working on your commission. If I have not started on your commission yet, this will be the only time I will refund you and mark your commission as CANCELLED.

Commissions cancelled by the artist due to the client being abusive, rude or inappropriate will NOT be subject to any refunds. I WILL have receipts when disputes arise because of this

The only time I will allow PARTIAL refunds is when I am unable to work on your commission for an extended period of time (3 months past our agreed upon deadline and no prediscussed amendment to the timeline) due to unforeseen extended illness (physical or otherwise) or natural disasters.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a chargeback; I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a chargeback at any point you are not allowed to, I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal/Stripe with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from working with me again

·Upon acceptance of your commission, I will send an invoice to the client with the agreed upon price of the project. Invoices must be paid within 72 hours, otherwise the project is considered cancelled. Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront (most commissions) or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval (for larger projects only)

If you wish to do payment via installment (50% split upfront and before turnover) please inform me immediately. Please note that installments are only applicable if the work costs more than 150 USD

I will begin working only AFTER payment is made

Additional fees may be asked any time during the work process for complexities and extensive revisions past the sketch stage. Furthermore fees for rush and NDA will be added to the cost should the client wish for them at any stage of the project.

Client acknowledges that they are paying for the artist's services; thus, no physical shipped goods are to be received.

No chargebacks for any reason after the final work has been delivered

A Digital Illustration in JPEG/PNG file format. Different file formats may be requested post-turnover aswell. However, please keep in mind that I may delete the working files after some time so please keep requests within 6~12 months
